T H E P L A C E
Santa Rosa, in the northeast of the province of Mendoza,
represents the conquest of the Mendoza desert. Deep, sandy
soils and extreme temperatures during the growing season,
especially during the ripening months.
These characteristics allow Bonarda to express its full potential
in concentrated, spiced, and intense wines.

The grapes were destemmed and crushed. Cold maceration for
5-7 days before classic vinification with native yeasts. Periodic
pump-overs and délestage were carried out, followed by a post-
fermentation maceration of 15 to 20 days. Part of the wine was
aged in French oak barrels.
