WINEMAKER’SNOTE Deep rubywithhintsofgarnet at the rim, the2023Lacaze Cabernet Sauvignon exudes aromas of ripe blackcurrants, cherries, and delicate eucalyptus, complemented by hints of cedar and toastedoak.On the palate, thewine iswell structuredwith silky tannins, balanced acidity, and layers of plum, cassis, andsubtlegraphite.Along, refined finish highlights itscomplexityand thequalityof thevintage.

VINTAGE The 2023 growing season in the Central Valley offered ideal conditions, with consistent temperatures and well timed rains leading to optimal ripening. The grapes reached perfect maturity, producingwines of exceptional depth, balance, andpurity.

WINEMAKING The grapes were hand-harvested and de-stemmed before fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Careful temperature control (22-25°C) preserved the vibrant fruit flavors. After fermentation, the wine was aged for 12months in French oak barrels, to enhance its complexity and integratesoft, elegant tannins
