From the winery: “Le Nebbiolo 2017 originates from a vineyard in the San Vicente Valley. The grape is harvested at optimum aromatic and technological maturity, in order to obtain the greatest complexity possible without recourse to any correction. From an intense and deep purple color, this wine with balsamic aromas of rosemary, thyme, fresh cherry, was fermented at low temperatures to preserve the aromatic purity and expressiveness of the bouquet. Aged for 14 months in new French oak barrels, the palate shows an elegant freshness and firm but round tannins, almost juicy. This dense and balanced wine has a high aging potential of 10-20 years.” |
