A Trento DOC that expresses the excellence of the region through a classic method that requires maturation on the lees for at least 30-32 months. Intense on the nose and of fine quality; fresh, floral, and fruity. Bright, straw yellow with greenish highlights. Dry, characterized by a pleasant acidity, savory, and with good minerality. Balanced, intense, and persistent.
