Description
A vintage produced since 2011, the Coeur de Rose cuvee is a selection of 5 barrels at the end of the 18-month aging period, which is tasted just before bottling the Drevon cuvee, the classic of the Domaine de Rose bushes, in order to bring a concentration of structure as well as aromas. The Cur de Rose cuvee is thus a cuvee par excellence that highlights the full potential of the vintage. This cuvee further develops its aroma around black fruits, characteristic of Syrah growing on the mica-schist soils of the Cote Brune of the Cote-Rotie appellation.
