Still red Barbaresco DOCG, 14.5% ABV, produced by Bruno Rocca – Rabaja in the heart of Piedmont. 0.75 L bottle, 2022 vintage. A Barbaresco that embodies the passion of a family with ties to the region since the 1950s. Marcorino is a cru that best expresses the elegance of Nebbiolo, with careful vinification and aging that enhances its complexity. Ample on the nose with seductive notes of black cherries, orange peel, wilting roses, cedar wood, and licorice, all wrapped in spicy nuances. Ruby red in color with garnet highlights. Extraordinarily elegant on the palate, with velvety and perfectly integrated tannins. Fresh and savory with a very long finish.
