Pluma Negra Espadin is distilled from a wild, red agave plant found in the hills of Tlacolula, Oaxaca. It is made from 100% Espadin agave and is aged in oak barrels for 12 months. The Pluma Negra Espadin is a strong and intense mezcal that is a little fruity with a touch of saltiness. It is perfect for mixing in cocktails.
