Collecapretta (meaning goat hill) is a product of generations of the Mattioli family living, farming, and winemaking in the peasant traditions of Umbria, working within the lunar cycles, farming biodynamically, and abstaining from any chemical additions.
The “Le Cese” is 100% old-vine sangiovese, offering violet, cherry, and savory herb aromas and a palette of vivid raspberry and cherry balanced with earthy minerals and a leathery tannic element.
