Still rosé from the Côtes de Provence AOC, 12.5% ABV, produced by Chateau Minuty. Blend: Cinsault, Grenache, Syrah. 0.75 L bottle, 2024 vintage. A rosé that embodies the essence of Provence, with a history dating back to 1930. Pressing, maceration, cold fermentation. No malolactic fermentation. Fresh aromas reveal yellow grapefruit, white currant, blood orange, and fresh berries such as raspberry. Bright pink color reminiscent of Provençal sunsets. On the palate, it is equally crisp, strong, and clean, with a delicious salty and spicy aftertaste. Ideal as an aperitif, but also pairs well with light dishes, fish, or Mediterranean cuisine.
