The 2021 Madame de Beaucaillou is gorgeous. Dark, fresh, vibrant and appealing, the 2021 is an absolute delight to taste. Bright acids run through a core of black cherry, plum, spice, tobacco and gravel, adding energy. The blend this year includes quite a bit more Petit Verdot than normal, which adds to the wine’s savory presence.
