Description
Wine with a high layer of color with cherry red nuances and purple trim that denote its youth. On the nose it is complex where the notes of ripe fruit such as blackberry and currant and toasted, spicy and mineral notes from the aging in high quality oak are assembled.
It shows an elegance in the mouth with a perfect balance between acidity and tannin, with mineral and herbal notes typical of this unique terroir. Very long and elegantaftertaste.

TASTE. Ontañón Ecológico displays a good structure in the mouth and fine tones of acidity that give it a good aging potential although we recommend its consumption as a young wine.
