Description
100% Meunier de Vandières, vinified without malolactic fermentation or dosage (brut nature). Partially aged in barrels to preserve the purity of the grape variety and the chalky terroir. The nose exudes fresh apple, almond, a floral touch, and a chalky minerality. On the palate, the verticality is immediate: straight tension, incisive effervescence, and brilliant freshness. The finish, saline and persistent, reveals a crystalline and uncompromising champagne.
