Description
For Abelé 1757, time is an ally, a source of inspiration, a symbol, a thread that runs through the ages: the common denominator of all the House’s wines, the link between past eras and the present. Since its founding in the mid-18th century, the fifth-oldest Champagne house has always had the same spirit: to produce exceptional, bespoke, and long-aged champagnes. A true work of artisanal art, the Sourire de Reims Rosé is produced in extremely limited quantities. A true jewel, finely crafted in its structure like the features of the famous Reims sculpture “The Smiling Angel,” the Sourire de Reims Rosé is produced in extremely limited quantities. Harvested on the historic slopes of Les Riceys, the Pinot Noir, the only grape variety in its blend, has been cultivated by the same family of winemakers for over three decades. Abelé 1757 thus offers the highest quality while maintaining its human-scale, artisanal dimension. It is in the cool of its century-old cellars, sheltered from the light, that the bottles of Sourire de Reims Rosé Millésime 2008 reach maturity.
