Yet, this unexpectedly delicious pink bubbly is full of fresh picked berry flavors – mostly raspberries & cherries. It is crisp & refreshing with very beautiful acidity. It’s the perfect wine for someone who like fruit forward style bubbles without being too fruity & wants a high quality sparkler without the bready/yeasty flavors of champagne.
