Description
Oenops is an exciting, minimal-intervention winery based in Drama, but they source grapes from all over Greece. This 100% xinomavro, sourced from 40-year-old vines in Naoussa and 60-year-old vines in Rapsani, is fermented and aged for six months in amphorae and produced without added sulphites – hence ‘Xinomavraw’! Its aromas include wild cherries, plums and herbs while the palate is unoaked, juicy, pure and red fruited.
