Description
A still red wine from Veneto, 13% ABV, produced by Serafini and Vidotto. 100% Pinot Noir, 0.75L bottle, 2024 vintage. A wine born from the passion of a family that has cultivated its vineyards with tenacity and love for the land for over 36 years. Harvested in late August/early September, it ages for 3 months in bottle. The initial nose is decidedly fruity and floral, with notes of ripe raspberries, blueberries, and wild strawberries, alongside distinct hints of violet and cyclamen; it then opens to hints of aromatic herbs and sweet tobacco. Ruby red in color, very bright and transparent. The flavor, enveloping and soft, is mellow and warm on a consistent base of sweet tannins; the finish is broad and persistent with notes of pleasant berry jam, blackcurrant, and vanilla with nuances of sweet tobacco.
