The fruit is the hero that shines through in this fabulously drinkable, crowd pleasing range of amazing quality wines. Specially selected parcels of Sauvignon Blanc were harvested in the cool of the night to preserve freshness and quality. Individual batches were cool fermented in stainless steel, followed by lees stirring to give length and roundness to the palate. The Zilzie Victoria Sauvignon Blanc was blended, stabilized and filtered prior to boling. Pale straw in color with aromas of soft citrus, passionfruit and melon. Bright, fresh and bursting with tropical fruit flavors, this Sauvignon Blanc has a crisp, lively citrus finish. Highly drinkable and crafted for enjoyment upon release.
