A value priced blend of 47% Merlot, 28% Syrah, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon, and the rest Petit Verdot, the 2019 Stampede Bold Red Blend reveals a vivid ruby/purple color as well as a terrific nose of cassis, spicy oak, graphite, and tobacco. This carries to a medium-bodied red blend with good overall balance, ripe tannins, and a level of purity and class that punches well above its humble price point. It should shine for at least 5-6 years. Best After 2022
