Notes from winemaker: Vibrant, almost luminous salmon in the glass, lovely white peach and Turkish de light aromatics come through on the nose. Fresh and fuzzy, the herbaceous elements blend perfectly with the juicy fruit and acid to create a serious rosé that doesn’t lack for flavour and refreshment. Pop a bottle in the sunshine alongside some oysters, or kingfish ceviche with pink grapefruit.
