Whole berry destemming, 20 days ferment, 10 months neutral French oak and 6 months in bottle results in a bold Pinot Noir with aromas and flavors of ripe cherries, strawberries and a dash of cinnamon. The result is a unique and bold Pinot Noir that beautifully expresses the vintage and the micro terroir of the Willamette Valley. |
