Still white wine from Alto Adige, 13.5% ABV, produced by Abbazia di Novacella, 2024 vintage. A Kerner grown on the sunny slopes surrounding the abbey, where fine vines have been cultivated for eight centuries. Maturation in stainless steel to preserve the grape’s freshness and aroma. Peach, apricot, and mandarin notes on the nose, a bouquet evocative of spring. Straw yellow in color. Savory, juicy, and warm on the palate, with a mineral finish that reflects Alto Adige’s unique terroir.
