Description
A semi-aromatic still white wine from Alto Adige DOC, 13% ABV, produced by Abbazia di Novacella. 100% Riesling, a grape variety that best expresses its characteristics in this terroir. 0.75 l bottle, 2022 vintage. A wine born on the sunniest slopes surrounding the Abbey, where fine vines have been producing white grapes for eight centuries. Hydrocarbons and flint combine with aromas of candied citrus, lemongrass, and subtle hints of aromatic herbs. Straw yellow in color with emerald highlights that evoke the wine’s freshness. Fresh and savory on the palate, with a bold, salty character and a citrusy finish that invites another sip.
