Description
Still biodynamic white wine from Alsace, 9% ABV, produced by Albert Mann. 100% Riesling, 2015 vintage. A Schlossberg L’Epicentre Grand Cru Riesling that expresses the complexity of the Alsatian terroir, with a history rooted in the union of two winemaking families. The nose is frank, pleasant, with good intensity and complexity. Fruit aromas are perceived, particularly citrus, yellow lemon, white flowers, and a touch of the exotic with notes of mango and ginger. On the palate, it is full-bodied and warm, with good freshness accompanied by a lovely softness. The aromatic palette is marked by citrus, lemon, ginger, white peach, and a subtle mineral touch. The finish is long and fresh.
