Description
Brut classic method sparkling wine, produced in France by Alexis Lichine. Blend: 70% Semillon, 30% Cabernet Franc. 0.75L bottle. A Crémant de Bordeaux that embodies the elegance of the Bordeaux region, with a fine and elegant perlage. Fermentation takes place at 16-18°C at a controlled temperature to maintain the strength of the aromas and flavors. A second fermentation takes place in the bottle for 9 months before disgorgement. Expressive aromas of yellow-fleshed fruit with hints of brioche, reminiscent of the classic method tradition. Deep gold in color. On the palate, it is both fresh and balanced, perfect as an aperitif or to accompany light dishes.
