Description
Initially, this blend of Tannat, Merlot and Cabernet Franc is closed, but airing allows berry fruit and spice notes to emerge. A crisply acidic palate is lively and tannic, while this tastes of spiced cherry, plum, cola and chocolate. On the finish, a hint of prune attests to the wine’s ripeness.
