Description
Lush pear and wildflowers on the nose pair with a textured and vibrant palate packed with honeysuckle and guava. Andi follows the same process for each of his whites: grapes initially go through his 100-year-old direct press. Juice is then transferred to wooden barrels for nine months or so before bottling. The wines are fresh, reviving and clean. No added sulphur. Organic
