Deep garnet-purple in color, the nose of the 2022 Mourvèdre is so fragrant, giving up expressive notes of juicy blackberries, plum preserves, and black raspberries, leading to an undercurrent of lavender, violets, and forest floor. The full-bodied palate has a rock-solid texture of firm, grainy tannins and beautifully balanced acidity with taut, muscular black fruit and a long, Darjeeling tea-laced finish.
