La Fleur Renaissance is a wine made in estates through strong partnerships with winemakers that we choose and who respect precise
specifications given by our masters of wine. We make careful selections from the Sauternes vineyards of limestone and clay soils. Grapes are
hand-picked over five tours to harvest the most matured of “noble rot,” which develops on very ripe grapes in uniquely moist weather conditions.
La Fleur Renaissance has a brilliant golden robe, paired with the great sweetness and complex aromas that you expect from Sauternes.
La Fleur Renaissance may be enjoyed now or kept for 5 to 8 years, served at 9º C (48º F) with foie gras, sweet & salty plates, or fruity desserts.
