Crémant d’Alsace Perle Noire Brut, produced by Arthur Metz, a classic method sparkling white wine from the Alsace region. 12% ABV. A wine born from the passion and expertise of Arthur Metz, made with 100% Auxerrois grapes and aged for 24 months in bottle. It reveals a complex aromatic bouquet with ripe peach and apricot aromas, exceptionally fresh. Subtly buttery brioche notes add a well-balanced finesse. Golden yellow. Initially fresh and powerful on the palate, it is pleasant, rounded, and elegant on the palate. The acidity is perfectly balanced and gives the wine good length.
