Tasted again, but this time at the estate where it was grown, made and cellared, the 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon is floral with a darker core, possessing a mineral-driven expression with hints of minty herbs, turned earth and oak. Medium to full-bodied, the wine offers a firm tannic edge that will need more time to tame, or it can be enjoyed with food now.
