Organic Blanc de Blancs Extra Brut Champagne by Robert Barbichon, from the Champagne region of France, 98% Chardonnay and 2% Pinot Blanc, 12% ABV. A classic method that highlights the purity of Chardonnay, with floral notes of magnolia and fruity notes of citrus and pear. On the palate, it is fragrant and lively with hints of peppermint and a chalky profile, inviting with its alternating tones of white fruit and sensations of small red berries, lively and continuous, with acidity pushing through. Ideal as an aperitif, with fish, shellfish, and cheeses.
