Barrell Bourbon Batch #30 is a creamy, rich blend of primarily fruit-forward barrels and nutty barrels from Indiana and Tennessee, all between 5 and 15-years-old, mingled with wheated bourbon from Kentucky and Wyoming. It has notes of coffee ice cream, chai, caramel and cider.
