Still red from Piedmont, Barbera d’Alba DOC, 14% ABV, produced by Beni di Batasiolo. 100% Barbera, 2023 vintage. A wine that tells the story of the Dogliani family, who have been involved in the world of wine in the Langhe for almost fifty years. Manual harvest, first half of October. Destemming and fermentation in stainless steel for approximately 10-12 days. Aged in French oak barriques and Slavonian oak barrels. Offers an intense and persistent aromatic expression with hints of red berries, cherries in alcohol, and ripe fruit. Pleasant spicy notes and delicate woody and floral sensations. Ruby red in color with delicate purple reflections. On the palate, the exhilarating freshness of Barbera balances a clear yet absolutely pleasant alcohol content. It displays the intensity and persistence typical of great wines.
