Moscato d’Asti DOCG, 5.5% ABV, produced by Bel Colle. 100% Moscato Bianco. 0.75 L bottle, 2024 vintage. A Moscato d’Asti that celebrates the sweetness and freshness of Piedmont, a wine born from passion and care for the terroir. Produced in Verduno, on the Barolo hills. The grapes are harvested by hand into crates with the aid of carbonic snow, which helps keep temperatures under control and preserve the quality of the grapes. No herbicides or systemic treatments are used; soil management involves shredding and tilling, only organic fertilization in the fall, and a green manure of legumes.
