Description
Brut Champagne made using the classic method, produced by Bereche & Fils in the Champagne region of France. Blend: 35% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Meunier, 30% Pinot Noir. A wine born from the passion of a family that has been producing champagne with respect for the land and tradition since 1847. Slow fermentation in barrels and small vats, and aging on the lees for 24 to 36 months. Aromas of orange zest, fresh fruit, and notes of bread crust. Medium-full bodied, fleshy and gourmand, enveloping and supple.
