Description
Bright, pale straw yellow with greenish reflections. Very fine and persistent perlage . Pleasant fruity notes reminiscent of white peach and pear enriched by characteristic fermentation aromas of bread crust . On the palate, the fruity notes and fermentation aromas perceived by the nose are found again. Good taste-olfactory persistence. Pleasantly dry.
