Description
Still organic red Chianti Classico Riserva DOCG, 14.5% ABV, 100% Sangiovese, 2022 vintage, produced by Bibbiano. A Chianti Classico Riserva that expresses the elegance of the Tuscan terroir. Fermentation for 23 days in stainless steel and cement vats, followed by 18 months of aging, half in cement and half in French oak barrels. Aromas of plum and cherry. Deep ruby red color. Dry, harmonious, with sweet tannins. Awarded 94 points by James Suckling. Excellent with meat, game, cheeses, and pork.
