Description
Blending 80% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Noir, the NV Extra Brut is apple-y on the nose and palate, smooth and refreshing with moderate acidity and mousse. The creamy texture is accentuated by 6.2 grams per liter of residual sugar, winemaker German Bruzzone showing off what Uruguay can do with sparkling.
