Visual phase: Pale yellow, clean and bright. Fine and persistent bubbles that form straight lines.
Olfactory phase: Subtle citrus notes of grapefruit peel, all wrapped in a background of yeast, toast, and pastry, coming from its double fermentation process in the bottle. A very subtle wine but one that offers fresh sensations.
On the palate: Fresh, dry, enters softly and opens up, providing sharpness in the mouth with salty notes and a retronasal loaded with those varietal aromas that we already had in the olfactory phase.
