Aged for three years on the lees, this champagne offers a fine and persistent perlage. The expressive, refined, and fresh nose opens with floral notes (hawthorn) followed by a fruity finish with notes of white peach, apricot, citrus, and brioche. Its texture is seductive, fresh, and rounded, well-balanced. The initial aromas are fantastic, combined with intense notes of pear compote and acacia honey. The finish is rich and beautifully persistent.
