Description
Brut Champagne made by Boizel in the Champagne region since 1834. 0.75L bottle, 2000 vintage. A vintage that celebrates the House’s tradition, with vinification entirely in old barrels. Aged for 10 years on the lees. On the nose, initial woody notes give way to intense aromas of white flowers, cooked fruit, and grilled almonds with hints of spice (cinnamon, vanilla). The finish is extraordinarily fresh. A deep, luminous gold color. On the palate, it offers a superb and complex body, delicately balancing freshness and power. The rich aromatic palette intensifies with notes of red fruit. It displays remarkable vinosity and elegance. The finish is exceptionally long.
