A Champagne excellence, Cuvée Fleur de Craie Brut embodies the elegance and sophistication of a unique terroir. The winery has its winery in Bassuet, where 90 hectares of vineyards are cultivated. Laurence and Charles Baffard have been at the helm of the company since 1998. Fine perlage. Notes of lemon on the nose, accompanied by buttery notes, hints of stone, and mineral notes. Straw yellow. Citrus aromas are evident on the palate. Very long finish.
