Description
The vineyard is located in the municipality of Gavi, at about 400m above sea level. The soil is mainly calcareous and, in part, clayey. With its southern exposure, it registers remarkable temperature ranges between day and night, which help in the development of aromas. The cold maceration of the must in contact with the skins enhances structure and complexity.
