Description
Champagne 1er Cru Brut Nature, organic, pas dosé, produced by Bonnet-Ponson since 1862. 0.75 L format, 12.5% ABV. A tribute to the Champagne tradition, with a blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Pinot Meunier. Partially completed malolactic fermentation. Aged on the lees for 7 months before blending with the reserve wine. Aged 4 years in bottle. No filtration, minimal use of sulfites (less than 40 mg/L). On the nose, white fruit and citrus blend with candied notes, ripe mirabelle plums, and hazelnut aromas. Fresh on the palate, medium structure.
