A wine born from the passion of a family that has been producing Champagne since 1700, with a history passed down from generation to generation. 1.5L Magnum format, 12% ABV. Alcoholic fermentation and aging in 228L barrels, without malolactic fermentation. Aged for 5 years on the lees in the cellar. An intense and powerful nose of red berries and ripe fruit, anticipating a very balanced palate. The attack is lively and well-crafted, characterized by roundness and balance, with a long finish.
