Our winemaking favors a natural approach in that our wines are minimally handled to best express the grape, site, and vintage.Our 2014 Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon highlights a beautiful vintage. A balanced growing season lent itself to producing impeccable fruit, not unlike 2013, with slightly greater intensity and concentration.A strong showing of cassis and classically Cabernet Sauvignon blue fruit preludes the more serious nature of the 2014. Its pure aromas swirl with black cherry and a subtle vanillin and cola oak-tinged spice. The palate follows with rich blackcurrant and plum notes wrapped in finely structured tannin and delicate acidity.Appellation – Paso Robles Santa Margartia Ranch and Estrella District AVAs.Maturation – 14 Months in netural French & American oak. – Broadside
