Brut Champagne made using the classic method, produced by Brocard Pierre. Blend: 80% Pinot Noir, 10% Chardonnay, and 10% Pinot Blanc. 0.75L bottle. A tribute to the Champagne tradition, with a flattering nose dominated by Pinot Noir. Aged 24-36 months on the lees. A wine that embodies the history of a family that has been producing high-quality champagne since 1932. Fine bubbles and lovely effervescence. Golden straw color. Good harmony on the palate, with strength combined with freshness, yet not heavy, accompanied by a slightly minty finish.
