Still white wine from Lombardy, Curtefranca DOC, 13% ABV, produced by Ca’ del Bosco. Vintage 2024. A white wine that embodies the elegance of the Franciacorta terroir, made with a blend of 80% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Bianco. The bouquet is very fresh and fragrant, captivating, rich with numerous fruity and floral notes, including golden delicious apple, pear, plum, pineapple, and citrus notes of citron, lemon, and grapefruit. A pleasant hint of lime blossom can be detected in the background. The flavor is dry, but not overly dry, well-structured, savory, and supported by a juicy, citrusy acidity. A wine distinguished by its extraordinary ability to evolve, thanks to an unexpected longevity.
