Franciacorta DOCG pas dosé, produced by Ca’ del Bosco, with a blend of 65% Chardonnay, 22% Pinot Noir, and 13% Pinot Blanc. 0.75 l bottle, 2020 vintage. A Franciacorta Vintage Collection Dosaggio Zero that expresses the excellence of the terroir, without the addition of liqueur d’expédition. The nose is structured with notes of yellow peach, pineapple, bergamot, honey, magnesite, and toasted bread. Sparkling straw yellow. Balanced and enveloping on the palate, with fine bubbles blended with a complex and rigorous structure. A lingering, fragrant, citrusy finish. Excellent as an aperitif, it pairs perfectly with seafood and raw fish.
