Description
Brut sparkling wine from Franciacorta, 12.5% ABV, produced by Ca’ del Bosco. Blend: 85% Chardonnay, 15% Pinot Bianco. 1.5L magnum format, 2020 vintage. A Franciacorta that embodies the excellence of the terroir, crafted with care and passion. Each bunch is selected by expert eyes and hands, then benefits from an exclusive “berry spa,” a special system for washing and hydromassaging the bunches, using three soaking tanks and a drying tunnel. Aged on the lees for 48 months. Aromas of limoncella apple, medlar, and green almond, complemented by subtle hints of yeast and vanilla. Bright straw yellow. On the palate, it displays vigorous freshness and a fine-grained mousse; the finish is not particularly long, but is punctuated by pleasant fruity and citrus notes.
